Contributions
The contributions collected will be used to supplement education programs within the school. The additional anticipated cost per student is shown in the table beneath.
Kindy to Year 6
Computer Consumables - 10.00
Healthy Breakfast Program - 15.00
STEM Resource Materials - 10.00
Art/Craft Materials - 15.00
Literacy/Maths Materials - 10.00
Total contribution per student $60.00
The voluntary contributions made by parents and caregivers are in addition to the allocation made from the school budget and is critical to the operations of the school by providing extra or enrichment to the basics. We are very grateful to everyone who supports the school is this way. Contributions can be paid in instalments:
Option 1: Two payments of $30
Option 2: Four payments of $15

Charges
These are costs associated with special programs, excursions and other optional activities. A breakdown of the estimated maximum charge for your child’s participation in activities for 2024 has been included in the schedule below. Students can only participate in these activities if they have signed parental permission and have paid the charge associated with the activity.

Please Note: The above calculations are a guide only but will be the maximum charged. Payment is only needed when an incursion/excursion is organised and your child brings home a note setting out the activity and cost.
Student Stationery Requirements and Personal Items List
This list covers various stationery needs for students in the classroom, as well as some personal items required over the upcoming year. The charge for the Student Stationery Requirements and Personal Items List will vary from student to student depending on which year they are enrolled in. Parents may purchase these items from their chosen retailer or through Roseworth ESC.
Other Fund Raising Costs - P&C Association
In 2024 the P&C will continue to fulfil its function of representing parent views on issues affecting the educational experience of our children, running the School Canteen and supporting school programs. In support of these activities the P&C will again be running various fundraising initiatives. Monies collected from these will be spent on items which the parent community believes to be of priority in enhancing our children’s lives and opportunities at school.
